Turtle

"Imagine that the whole earth was covered with water, and a man was to throw a yoke with a hole in it into the water. Blown by the wind, that yoke would drift north, south, east and west. Now, suppose that once in hundred years a blind turtle would rise to the surface. What do you think? Would that turtle put his head through the hole in the yoke as he rose to the surface once in a hundred years?"

"It is unlikely Lord."

"Well, it is just as unlikely that one will be born as a human being; it is just unlikely that a Tathagata, a Noble One, a fully enlightened Buddha should arise in the world; and it is just as unlikely that the Dhamma and discipline of the Tathagata should be taught. But now you have been born as a human being, a Tathagata has arisen and the Dhamma has been taught. Therefore, strive to realize the Four Noble Truths."

me really in bad temper lately

Been a long time since I blogged, cause don't even know what to write as I'll sure be complaining about some people

Work is stressful - not enough people so gotta do some really clerical work - but if I don't do I'll never get that project I'm doing now - and another BUT - it's really bad timing - that project has critical deadline - the system must be up and running in time latest in early Aug and the camp is just round the corner - I really don't know what I'm doing also... every waking hour is spent working either for my company or for the camp

Camp - hmm... stressful too but won't like to get into details here...

Family - another stressful part... words can really hurt more than action... but now, my parents see me also very "sam tong" already... they've been searching high and low for the fish line which I'm unable to get, and I think they'll be going to Pudu to help me look for it tomorrow... my mom's also the one who helped me packed the beads into 15 per pack, and even helped me cut some pictures from the newspaper...

I'm already sounding like "scolding" people a lot lately... whether it's at work or for the camp.... cause I really can't finish the things... sigh... and there are some people who really do stupid things... already ask them to nominate only two person, only key in the 1, 2, 3 and they went to fax me 20 nominations per branch and key in all sorts of junk to indicate the date (1), 1.6.06, 1/6/2006.... nearly 200 branches... I'm going to faint at work already last week... and gosh when I ask them to open the file, or the folder, they ask "so I double click"?
