One good dream came true... but I'm not so sure if I really want some others dreams to come true... before I continue, I mean "dream" as in the dreams we have when we sleep... I never would believe that this type of dream does come true, until I experienced it myself.
Had a series of dreams lately. The good dream, it prompted me to do something, and well, there's something like a windfall because of it.
There was one seemingly "nothing" dream, other than a visit from someone who had passed away, my grandmother. She hugged me tight in the dream, she was happy to see me, I know she had always loved me a lot, but sadly, I was not a very good grandaughter, I did not have the patience to take care of her, especially when she grew older. And guess what happened to me after I had the dream? Out of the blue I vomited for one whole day, couldn't eat anything and vomited until there was nothing to vomit, couldn't sleep also. It was exactly like what some old people would experience, but the young would never understand why they complain about this and that, and sometimes even thought the elderly do it on purpose to get our attention. That kind of sickness I experienced, really made me open my eyes to what sick people really feel, what they go through. And my grandma probably want me to know this, and take care of my mother and father, as they'll also grow old one day...
The other dreams.. probably better to keep it to myself... not so good to reveal so much of these dreams..

Turtle
"Imagine that the whole earth was covered with water, and a man was to throw a yoke with a hole in it into the water. Blown by the wind, that yoke would drift north, south, east and west. Now, suppose that once in hundred years a blind turtle would rise to the surface. What do you think? Would that turtle put his head through the hole in the yoke as he rose to the surface once in a hundred years?"
"It is unlikely Lord."
"Well, it is just as unlikely that one will be born as a human being; it is just unlikely that a Tathagata, a Noble One, a fully enlightened Buddha should arise in the world; and it is just as unlikely that the Dhamma and discipline of the Tathagata should be taught. But now you have been born as a human being, a Tathagata has arisen and the Dhamma has been taught. Therefore, strive to realize the Four Noble Truths."
