I've blogged about my dreams for quite a number of times, as they meant a lot to me - when I'm able to make sense of what they mean.
I had 3 dreams last night, one after another:
1. Being a prefect in my secondary school, and cycling from one block to another - and the bicycle is foldable :) The night before, there was another dream on my school, but it was more to the old bungalow-turned-into-classroom, where the founder of the school used to stay in.
2. Some sports activities held at the school field where we're suppose to make the 100m run.
3. Some stage performance on martial arts, where the people who were in this dream range from my family to my IDC friends to my current colleagues.
My own conclusion: all these dreams involved doing something I'm afraid to do - cycling, running and stage performance (but usually I ended up doing them in my dreams). I had a few more dreams in the past few days which I can't remember, other than the 2 dreams on my new task at work, but overall it points to doing something which I'm afraid I can't do.
Are my dreams trying to tell me something? As long as I'm afraid to do something, it will haunt me from time to time, especially at the point in time where I have something to worry about? Then all these fears and worries will be accumulating?

Turtle
"Imagine that the whole earth was covered with water, and a man was to throw a yoke with a hole in it into the water. Blown by the wind, that yoke would drift north, south, east and west. Now, suppose that once in hundred years a blind turtle would rise to the surface. What do you think? Would that turtle put his head through the hole in the yoke as he rose to the surface once in a hundred years?"
"It is unlikely Lord."
"Well, it is just as unlikely that one will be born as a human being; it is just unlikely that a Tathagata, a Noble One, a fully enlightened Buddha should arise in the world; and it is just as unlikely that the Dhamma and discipline of the Tathagata should be taught. But now you have been born as a human being, a Tathagata has arisen and the Dhamma has been taught. Therefore, strive to realize the Four Noble Truths."
